What is made-to-order?

Our made-to-order model means that your desired item is specially handmade just for you and will only be made once you order it! This approach ensures we are as sustainable and waste-free as possible through our manufacturing process and we can give your Annie Leona piece the special attention it deserves.

Where and how are your garments made?

All garments are hand made by myself in my small design studio in Northern Ireland. Using only locally sourced materials our small and sustainable approach to fashion is something we endeavour to uphold.

How long will my order take?

Here at Annie Leona every order is handmade especially for you, this ensures that we are doing our very best for the environment and can put special care into the creation of your chosen item. Please allow 1-3 weeks for your Annie Leona piece to be made, but trust us… it’s worth the wait!

We will then send your parcel through tracked delivery and notify you with an email when its on its way! At check out you will be able to choose your desired shipping choice for your region. If you have any enquiries regarding delivery please get in touch and we will do our best to facilitate your needs.

Are your materials ethically sourced?

We are very proud to say that all of our material is locally sourced here in Northern Ireland. At Annie Leona we endeavour to support local industry wherever possible and make use of the rich textile industry we are so lucky to have here in Ireland.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately as our first collection “thoughts of home” is limited edition we will not be able to offer refunds or exchanges. Each item is handmade to order and of very limited availability. With all limited edition and bespoke garments we do offer an alteration service if your Annie Leona Item does not fit properly . However, we strongly encourage you to check our size guide carefully as an additional service charge will be added if alteration is required.
