Returns Policy.

Limited edition Collection’s

All Limited edition collections are handmade to order and of very limited quantity. In consideration of this we do not offer refunds or exchanges, however we do offer an alteration service if your Annie Leona garment does not fit. Please check our size guide carefully before purchasing as all alterations come with an additional service charge. If you do require adjustments made to your garment please get in touch as soon as possible after receiving your Annie Leona item and we will email you your printable return label and alteration form. Please note, alterations are only available up to 14 days after delivery.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. If you decide that you would like your Annie Leona item altered, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with your local courier. We highly recommend using a tracked service such as DHL Tracked or Royal Mail Tracked. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and we advise you to obtain proof of postage and a tracking number. 


Cancelling Orders

Due to our made-to-order model and limited availability of our first collection, we will do our best to get your Annie Leona order to you as quickly as possible. In light of this, we are only able to modify or cancel an order if it is within 24 hours of purchase.
